- Professional history, skills, and education for candidate profiles

- Device type, browser, and operating system
- Pages visited, time spent on the Platform, and actions taken

- Candidate profiles are visible to recruiters and companies actively hiring on Dily
- Job listings and company information are visible to candidates browsing the Platform
- You control what appears on your profile and can update or remove it at any time
With trusted service providers:
- We work with third-party providers to operate the Platform (hosting, payment processing, analytics)
- These providers only access your data to perform services on our behalf and are contractually bound to protect it
For legal reasons:
- We may disclose your data if required to do so by law or in response to a valid legal request

In case of business transfer:

Data Retention
Dily retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
- Active accounts β Your data is retained for as long as your account remains active
- Deleted accounts β Upon account deletion, your personal data will be permanently removed within 90 days, except where retention is required by applicable law
- Job listings β Expired job listings are removed from public view after 90 days and permanently deleted after 12 months
- Payment records β Billing information is retained for up to 7 years as required by applicable financial regulations
Once your data is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize it.

Third-Party Services
To operate the Platform effectively, Dily uses a number of trusted third-party services. These providers may process some of your personal data on our behalf:
Hosting & Infrastructure β Our Platform is hosted on trusted cloud infrastructure providers that comply with international security standards.
Payment Processing β Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers. Dily does not store your full payment card details directly on its servers. For users in Guinea, Mobile Money payments are processed through local certified providers.
Analytics β We use analytics tools to understand how users interact with the Platform. All data collected for this purpose is anonymized where possible.
Communication β We use third-party email service providers to send transactional and notification emails.
All third-party providers used by Dily are contractually required to:
