Please read these terms carefully before using the Dily platform.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dily platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by Dily ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using Dily, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.

Our Purpose

Dily is a modern recruitment platform designed to simplify and humanize the hiring process for startups, small businesses, and growing teams. Our Platform allows companies to post job offers, manage candidates, and track their entire recruitment pipeline in one place. Candidates can create profiles, apply for positions, and follow their application status in real time.

Dily is not a staffing agency and does not act as an employer or recruiter on behalf of any party. We provide the tools; hiring decisions remain entirely yours.

Our Services

Dily provides the following services to its users:

For companies and recruiters:

  • Post and manage job listings
  • Track and organize candidates through a visual recruitment pipeline
  • Communicate with candidates directly through the platform
  • Access recruitment analytics and hiring insights
  • Manage the full hiring process from application to onboarding

For candidates:

  • Create and manage a professional profile
  • Apply to job listings directly through the platform
  • Track the status of their applications in real time
  • Generate and export a professional CV with AI assistance

Some features may be limited depending on your subscription plan. Dily reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature at any time with reasonable notice to users.

User Accounts

To access Dily’s features, you must create an account. By creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
  • Keep your account information up to date at all times
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Not share your account with any third party
  • Notify us immediately at contact@dily.pro if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Dily. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Account responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Dily cannot be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Account suspension: Dily reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or causes harm to other users or the Platform.

User Responsibilities & Prohibited Uses

By using Dily, you agree to use the Platform responsibly and in good faith. You must not:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or candidate profiles
  • Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users in any way
  • Use the Platform to collect personal data from other users without their consent
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to extract data from the Platform
  • Upload or transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use Dily for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Reproduce, resell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorization from Dily

Job listings: Companies are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their job postings. Dily does not verify the content of job listings and cannot be held responsible for their accuracy.

Candidate profiles: Candidates are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide on their profile and CV. Providing false information may result in immediate account removal.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate suspension or permanent removal of your account without prior notice.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality available on the Dily Platform including but not limited to the logo, design, text, graphics, code, and software are the exclusive property of Dily and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

What you can do:

  • Access and use the Platform for its intended purpose
  • Share public job listings through official sharing features

What you cannot do:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written authorization
  • Use Dily’s name, logo, or branding without explicit permission
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
  • Create derivative works based on the Platform or its content

Your content: By submitting content to Dily including job listings, candidate profiles, and CV data you grant Dily a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and process that content solely for the purpose of operating the Platform. You retain full ownership of your content. Dily will never sell your content to third parties.

Privacy & Data

Dily takes the privacy of its users seriously. The collection, use, and protection of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and can be found at dily.pro/privacy.

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Key principles:

  • We only collect data that is necessary to operate the Platform and improve your experience
  • We do not sell your personal data to third parties under any circumstances
  • Your data may be stored on servers located in France, Canada, or with trusted third-party cloud providers
  • You have the right to access, modify, or request deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at contact@dily.pro

For users based in the European Union: Dily complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). You have the right to data portability, the right to be forgotten, and the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority.

For users based in Canada: Dily complies with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

Payments

Dily offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid features are clearly indicated on the Platform and require a valid payment method to access.

Billing:

  • Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis depending on the plan selected
  • Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment providers
  • All prices are displayed in the currency applicable to your region
  • For users in Guinea, payments are processed in Guinean Franc (GNF) via Mobile Money

Refunds:

  • Dily operates a 7-day refund policy from the date of initial purchase for first-time subscribers
  • Refunds are not available for partial billing periods or after the 7-day window
  • To request a refund, contact us at contact@dily.pro within the eligible period

Free plan:

  • Dily offers a free plan with limited features
  • Dily reserves the right to modify the features included in the free plan at any time with reasonable notice

Price changes:

  • Dily reserves the right to change its pricing at any time
  • Existing subscribers will be notified at least 30 days in advance before any price change takes effect

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dily shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform
  • Any loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform
  • The accuracy, completeness, or legality of any job listing or candidate profile posted by users
  • Any hiring decisions made by companies or candidates based on information available on the Platform
  • Any technical interruptions, errors, or security breaches beyond our reasonable control

Platform availability: Dily does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain availability but cannot be held responsible for downtime caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.

Third-party services: Dily may integrate with or link to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service.

Maximum liability: In any case where Dily is found liable, our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to Dily in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or €50 whichever is greater.

Termination

Termination by you: You may close your account at any time by contacting us at contact@dily.pro or through the account settings on the Platform. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Termination by Dily

Dily reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

  • You violate any provision of these Terms
  • Your account is involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
  • Your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to other users or the integrity of the Platform

Effect of termination: Upon termination, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding payments remain due regardless of termination. Content you have submitted may be retained for a limited period as required by applicable law, after which it will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Survival: Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive the termination of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction of the user, as follows:

For users based in France and the European Union: These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of France.

For users based in Canada: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Quebec.

For users based in Guinea and other regions: These Terms are governed by French law as a reference framework, without prejudice to any mandatory local consumer protection laws that may apply.

Dispute resolution: Before initiating any formal legal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting Dily at contact@dily.pro. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the matter within 30 days.

Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

Modifications to These Terms

Dily reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

  • Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
  • Notify registered users by email at least 14 days before significant changes take effect
  • Display a notice on the Platform informing users of the upcoming changes

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account at any time.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at dily.pro/terms.
